VIDEO: Ferrari FF Snagged on Film in Barcelona, Spain

It won't be long before we get to see the new Ferrari FF in the flesh at the Geneva Salon, but until then, we'll have to do with whatever additional photos the Italians decide to publish and if we're lucky, some private scoops like these videos posted by a Youtube user who caught the all-wheel drive supercar completely undisguised in Barcelona Spain. Sadly, the person behind the (phone?) camera didn't quite manage to capture the car as we'd like. Nevertheless, if your neck can handle some twisting, hop over the jump to watch the three clips.

VIDEO: Ferrari 599 GTO Prototype Shows Some Muscle on the Fiorano Race Track

A prototype model of the Ferrari 599 covered in black cladding has been snagged on film during testing at the Fiorano circuit. We're not entirely sure if it's a test mule for a replacement of the 599 or an updated version of the current model, possibly featuring Ferrari's upcoming KERS energy-recovery system which was first shown on the Geneva Salon HY-KERS hybrid concept.

In any case, the vented hood and the styling of the bumpers point towards a prototype based on the 670-horsepower 599 GTO, which was introduced into the range this past April, with some minor changes such as the California-esque LED headlamps. Watch the video right after the jump.

SPY VIDEO: Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Test Mule Filmed Revving it up at the Fiorano Circuit

What is believed to be a test mule of the next Ferrari 612 Scaglietti using the current model's sheet metal as camouflage, was spied doing the rounds at the Italian firm's Fiorano race track near Maranello. From what we know up until now, the 612 Scaglietti's replacement is due in showrooms by early 2012 and will benefit from a lighter chassis and a revised V12 engine with direct-injection.

Though not confirmed, there's also the possibility the new four-seater supercar may adopt the gasoline-hybrid technology Ferrari unveiled in the 599 GTB Fiorano HY-KERS concept at the Geneva auto show earlier this year.

The system, which is derived from the kinetic energy recovery tech Ferrari used in Formula One, comprises of an electric motor coupled to the rear of the dual-clutch 7-speed F1 transmission and a set of lithium-ion batteries, to boost fuel economy and cut CO2 emissions by around 35 percent.

VIDEO: Mystery Ferrari Prototype Spied at Maranello

A Youtube user has uploaded a video of a heavily cladded sports car prototype spotted earlier this week near Ferrari's factory in Maranello, Italy. The blacked out test vehicle's long nose suggests that this may be a front-engined supercar - possibly a replacement for the 599, though there's no way of being sure. Follow the break to see the short film, and let us know what you think the mystery car is.

Kudos to Antony for the tip!

VIDEO: Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge Caught Testing in Monza?

A Youtube user has posted this video of what is claimed to be a prototype version of the upcoming Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge filmed during testing at the Monza race track. We can't say for sure if it's the real deal or not, but it does appear to pack a similar kit to the 458 Italia Challenge prototype we showed you back in May (click here). Watch the video after the break.

New Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge Spied in Italy?

Is this Ferrari's 458 Italia Challenge weekend racer? It sure does look like it. According to Axis of Oversteer, the car was spied at the Vallelunga circuit in Italy. As you can see from the pics, the 458 Italia has special tires, center-locking wheels, a lexan window, and tow hooks.

Whether this is foreshadowing the new car in Ferrari's Challenge series or simply a prototype testing upcoming components for a more street-oriented Italia Challenge Stradale is to be determined. Time will tell.

XX-Rated: Ferrari 599 GTO Photos Leaked ?

[UPDATE - Apparently the photos of the 599 GTO are the real deal as the head of Ferrari's notoriously friendly legal department sent us a not so friendly email requesting the removal of the pics on the premise that they were shot inside a private area, a.k.a. the Italian automaker's Maranello factory. In other news, all pictures of the 599 GTO are available on the internet.]

As the world gets closer to the official reveal of Ferrari's 599 GTO, and just a short while after the price list was leaked, the internet has spewed out what appear to be pics of an official GTO show car.

Distinguishing features appear to include a new wheel design, duck tail spoiler and design cues straight off the 599XX (such as the matte black roof, extra cooling vents in the hood/fenders, angry rear diffuser and other aerodynamic bits). Too bad we can't see the face and driver's compartment. Anyway, we're sure those will show up soon enough.

The pictures come from the TeamSpeed member Jiaim, rumored to be located in France. Good job, chief, now sneak back in there and get front three-quarter and interior shots so we can see the rest.

Ferrari 599 GTO Price and Option List Leaked?

What is claimed to be the official price list for Ferrari's upcoming piece of nostalgia, the 599 GTO (see spy video here), has supposedly leaked on the web. Those interested are looking at an initial investment of €267,136 (~$355,000) before taxes and options.

No official numbers have been released, but speculation points at around 650-700 horsepower and a significant weight reduction providing a much more intense driving experience than the 599 HGTE.

As for the option list, that's available below. A few highlights include €7,050 ($9,375) for colors from the classic's palette, €6,500 (~$8,600) for the "motor compartment" in carbon fiber, €6,000 (~$7,980) for stripes of any kind (GTO heritage or modern racing), and €5,800 (~$7,700) for metallic paint. Prices are listed before applicable richy-taxes and using exchange rates as of this posting.

If you laugh in the face of options and absurd spending, then you're in luck; those four prices top the list, meaning everything else is cheaper. Have a look and see for yourself.

VIDEO: Ferrari 599 GTO Spied on the Nurburgring

There's been a lot of talk lately about Ferrari's plans to revive the GTO (Gran Turismo Omologato) nameplate in its lineup with a special edition version of its 599 GTB Fiorano. Now, a Youtube user has uploaded a short video of what appears to be a prototype model of the 599 GTO testing at the Nurburgring.

The first GTO since the launch of the iconic 288 GTO in 1984 (see picture on the left) is said to be a stripped-down version of the standard 599 GTB fitted with exotic materials and a pumped up 6.0-liter V12 producing over 650 horsepower.

It is believed that the 599 GTO will break cover at this fall's Paris Motor Show. Until we find out more details, follow the jump to watch the video.
